Another bothersome warship created by CEC, this frigate was, in many respects, the predecessor to the Corellian Gunship. The ship was lightly armed, and thereby able to repel starfighters. However, the CC-7700's main purpose was to be a platform for a gravity well projector, to trap enemy ships in realspace, performing the same function as an Imperial Interdictor Cruiser.
